Clemson Campus Recreation

Overview: Over the past few months, I've had the incredible opportunity to serve as one of the Social Media Interns for Clemson Campus Recreation; a role that allowed me to utilize my creativity and content creation knowledge in a real-world setting. Alongside two other talented interns, I contributed to the planning, development, and execution of digital content that supported and elevated the Campus Rec brand. In this role, I helped create engaging social media campaigns by capturing and editing photo and video content, writing compelling captions, and tracking performance metrics to optimize strategy. Working closely with the marketing team, I gained hands-on experience in digital storytelling, content scheduling, and upholding brand consistency for one of Clemson University’s key departments.

Brainstorming and creating trendy posts are a major part of the day-to-day of this internship. Here is an example of a carousel post for the Instagram!

I also helped revive a weekly “Summer Tip Tuesday” to keep up the consistency of our platform!

My biggest project of the semester was a collaboration with the Wellness department of Campus Rec. This video will be used across multiple platforms to advertise all that Clemson has to offer!
